Ticket Express is a professional travel services company dealing primarily with corporate travel. Our single business focus is your one-day hop to Cleveland, your overnighter to Philadelphia, your three-day sales swing down the West Coast.

Not exactly romantic. But absolutely vital to our clients — companies intent on growing and competing in their marketplaces.

By concentrating in this area, we definitely have a "leg up" on our competitors when it comes to the very-lowest-fares available. We have the time, interest and tenacity to do the tariff research necessary. After all, it's our lifeblood. And of course, at your direction, we are happy to ticket on lower-priced carriers such as Southwest, Airtran, Frontier and many others.

But low fares aren't the only thing we offer our business clients. Perhaps not even the most important thing. To say we are intensly service-focused is no understatement. "Superior" is the service standard we maintain at all times, in all situations. It's the reason why, in 14 years, only five corporate clients have left us. And two of them subsequently returned!

Our home office is in Lisle, IL, a western suburb of Chicago. But our clients are spread throughout 19 states (as of this writing). Thanks to toll-free lines, fax machines, e-mail and electronic ticketing and overnight delivery, we can deal with them as easily and professionally in Hong Kong as we can in Peoria, as we can in Tampa, as we can in Seattle.
